How will I be charged?
You will be charged automatically on the 1st of every month with the payment method you provide us with. Just like a subscription!
Will you really hand-deliver a hard drive?
Do you really live in Charleston? Or within 30 miles? We’ll send our people over with a smile.
What if my hard drive breaks, goes missing, malfunctions, or is eaten by a rabid pug dog?
Unfortunately, once we give you the drive, it’s your responsibility. We’re glad to make suggestions on backing up your drive, or how to guard against flat-faced canine blitzkrieg.
